If you want a quick, comfortable journey, the AVE is your best bet. If you’re looking to save money and don’t mind the extra travel time, the R11 is a solid budget option.

Figueres Day Trip by Car

The AP-7 highway connects Barcelona to Figueres, and the drive takes about 1:30 hours, depending on the traffic.

However, parking in the town center can be limited, especially near the Dalí Theatre-Museum. Look for public parking lots outside the main tourist areas.
